Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
By using Sakdrisi, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable. If something is unclear, email us — see contact below.
Who we are
Contact: hello@sakdrisi.ge.
What Sakdrisi does
Sakdrisi is a map-based mobile app that surfaces Georgia's cultural heritage and natural sites, with descriptions, photos, and the ability for signed-in users to mark sites as visited, post comments, and share photos.
We make the app available for free. We may add paid features later; those will be optional and clearly identified before any charge.
Your account
You need to sign in to contribute content (check-ins, comments, photos). When you sign in:
- The handle you pick is yours but you can't pick one already taken.
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method (Apple ID, Google account) secure.
- We can suspend or delete your account if you break these terms.
You can delete your account in the app at any time. That permanently removes your profile and your contributions.
Content you post
Anything you post on Sakdrisi — comments, photos, anything else — is yours. You don't transfer ownership to us. But by posting, you give us permission to display it inside Sakdrisi, in any language we translate it to, on any device that runs the app.
You confirm that:
- You're the author or have rights to share what you post.
- It doesn't include other people's copyrighted material without permission.
- It doesn't include private information about other people.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sakdrisi for:
- Posting illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or threats.
- Posting spam, scams, or fake reviews.
- Posting photos that aren't of the site or its surroundings (random selfies, screenshots, etc.).
- Pretending to be someone else.
- Trying to break, overload, or extract data from the app in ways the app isn't designed for.
We review contributions before they go public. If something doesn't fit, we remove it. Repeat violations can get your account suspended or removed.
Reporting and blocking
You can report a comment, photo, or user from the "•••" menu in the app. You can also block users so their content stops appearing to you. We review reports as part of our daily moderation.
Data we use about you
How we collect and use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. That document is part of these terms.
Content from other sources
The catalogue of heritage sites comes from the Cultural Heritage Cadastre of Georgia (memkvidreoba.gov.ge), and natural site data comes from the Agency of Protected Areas (apa.gov.ge). Site descriptions are edited by Sakdrisi for clarity. We make a reasonable effort to keep this accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Don't rely on Sakdrisi for safety-critical or legally-binding decisions.
Map and navigation
Sakdrisi shows site locations on a map and can hand off to Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze for navigation. Some coordinates — especially for natural sites — are approximate. Always check road conditions, access restrictions, and seasonal closures before traveling.
Disclaimers
Sakdrisi is provided "as is." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. We aren't responsible for what happens at a site you visit using Sakdrisi.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sakdrisi.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we'll show you a notice in the app and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Sakdrisi after a change means you accept the new terms.
Termination
You can stop using Sakdrisi at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We can suspend or remove your access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If there's a dispute we can't sort out by emailing each other, it'll be handled by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
